CarsoEU maintains extensive machining capabilities through a diverse and modern fleet of equipment, ensuring the production of complex metal and engineered plastic components with tight tolerances, guaranteed by CarsoEU Quality. Our facility features 3 and 5-Axis CNC Milling machines for high-precision contouring, complex surface profiling, and simultaneous multi-face machining, crucial for aerospace and mold-making sectors. These are complemented by CNC Turning Centers, including C and Y-axis lathes with live tooling, enabling single-setup manufacturing of shafts, flanges, and fittings with integrated drilling and milling operations. For achieving sub-micron tolerances and superior surface finishes, we utilize Precision Grinding (surface and cylindrical). Finally, challenging materials like tool steel and specialized alloys are processed using Wire and Sinker EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), guaranteeing ultra-precise cuts and intricate geometries often required in tooling and critical component fabrication.

Our cutting-edge C and Y-Axis machines, equipped with live tooling, significantly enhance capability by integrating secondary operations like milling, drilling, and tapping directly onto the lathe. Grinding and Wire EDM Capacity
CarsoEU achieves exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface finish through its specialized Grinding and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) department. We utilize high-precision Surface and Cylindrical Grinders to finish parts to sub-micron tolerances, essential for tight-fitting components like shafts, pins, and machine slides where surface roughness is critical. For processing extremely hard materials like tool steel and carbide, our Wire EDM equipment is utilized.
