Our production management encompasses both the seamless flow of our commercial supply chain and the high-precision manufacturing processes carried out at our modern facility in Kocaeli.

 

1. Raw Material Supply Chain and Commercial Management

 

Our company's metal and plastic raw material supply is based on a resilient and flexible supply chain architecture designed to withstand global market volatility.

• Global Sourcing Management: We leverage Grupo Carso's manufacturing strength in key locations like Mexico, Brazil, and Chile to directly procure high-quality specialty alloy metals (high-strength steels) and engineering plastics (ABS, PP) from the source.

• Demand Forecasting and Inventory Optimization: We utilize advanced ERP systems (SAP/Oracle infrastructure) to analyze the seasonal and cyclical demands of Turkish industry. This enables us to optimize stock levels in line with the Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery principle, ensuring critical customer projects are never delayed.

• Incoming Quality Control: All imported mechanical fittings and raw materials are subjected to chemical analysis and dimensional checks at our Gebze laboratory, in addition to supplier certifications, to confirm compliance with Carso Quality Standards.

 

2. Welded Fabrication and Manufacturing Management

 

Our welded fabrication operations at the Kocaeli Industrial Facility are built upon the capability to manufacture high-pressure systems and critical equipment.

• Project-Based Production (Job Shop): Our manufacturing is largely shaped by customer specifications and project requirements. A separate production plan is established for each project and rigorously monitored by dedicated project managers.

• Advanced Welding and Assembly Technologies:

  • Robotic Automation: Industry 4.0 compliant welding robots and CNC cutting machines are used for repetitive and high-volume welding tasks to eliminate human error and ensure consistency in speed and quality.

  • Certified Personnel: All our welders and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) personnel are certified according to international standards (ASME, EN).

• Quality Assurance and Inspection (Outgoing):

  • Critical Control Points (CCPs) are defined at every stage of production.

  • Finished products are inspected using Non-Destructive Testing methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Radiographic Testing (RT), according to customer specifications.

  • Pressure vessels and piping are subjected to hydrostatic tests before delivery to ensure maximum safety.
